I tailor each student's lessons individually offering assistance on what inspires them but also add in relevant theory and practical advice as much as possible. I can and do also teach up to grade 8 with the RGT syllabus which I used when working in Shropshire schools for over 12 years. I think learning songs from start to finish is very important. Playing guitar must always be fun, learning must always be fun and I try to make that a priority. Most of my pupils do not want exams but want lessons on what excites them musically.  My goal is to support anyone to achieve what they want to play, but I also think the exams or rather their content is very valuable! I have a limited amount of student space available but I welcome every enquiry and will do my very best to help.  I currently help people from the age of  6 to 70 years and everyone is different.
